Charming And Comfortable Cabin

Cottonwood Cabin is a lovingly restored log cabin. These hand-hewn logs hold more than a century of history, once used as the Cottonwood Lakes post office at the turn of the century and then moved (by horse drawn flatbed) to its current location around 1920. The split-level addition was built on-site, as was the quartz fireplace. The owner, Alma Cowgill, hand-built the fireplace after being unimpressed with the mason’s initial attempts.

Beautiful Interior

Cottonwood Cabin offers a unique experience with original wood floors and an enchanting fireplace. This split-level cabin has 2 bedrooms, a cozy living space and a recently remodeled kitchen. A guest favorite for its intimacy and charm.

Pool

The hand shaped pool is spring-fed with natural mineral water that flows constantly. Pools are drained, washed, and refilled between guests. There is a cold-water faucet to temper the temperature to your liking. We never add chemicals, just as Mother Nature intended it.

Please note, our cabins tend to book pretty far out. But when we have cancelations or last-minute openings in any of our lovely hot spring cabins, we do update our availability calendars very quickly, so feel free to keep an eye on these calendars.

We also occasionally let our Facebook friends know about them. You can “like” us on FB to receive those occasional notices. Other than that, you are welcome to just check the availability on our website frequently, as we do update that calendar as soon as anything changes.
