We have a two-night minimum stay on the weekends.
Single-night stays are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We hold your reservation with a credit card. We do not take a deposit at the time of the reservation. Your card will be charged 2-3 weeks before your stay.
A 7% lodging tax will be added to your total.

No Smoking in the cabins, please!
No pets on property, please. There is a lot of wildlife to see. (FYI: we are dog people, but some of our guests are allergic to animal hairs, so no pets are allowed.. Thanks for your understanding.)
Check-in is 3pm, Check-out is 10:30am.
Housekeeping is provided before and after your visit (tidy guests make it on the short list upon their return visit!) Guests staying five days or more will receive a complimentary tidy and refresh of linens during your stay.
The peaceful atmosphere is important to our guests: please reserve both Cottonwood & Hortense Cabins is you are planning a party. If additional guests will be using the pools (beyond the 4 or 6 people sleeping in the cabins), please consult with us before booking. Because of the proximity of our two cabins, the quiet valley in which we live, our small septic systems and our guests’ goal of solitude and privacy, gatherings larger than the amount of people which our cabins hold simply don’t work. The Chalk Cliffs Chalet sits on its own private two acres and is much more suitable if you are planning a party or larger gathering. We ask you to please respect this policy. If you are planning a wedding or family gathering, we rent all three of our locations together which provides parking space as well. Please contact us for details. If you have guests visiting who are not staying in the cabins, you must clear it with our management first.
Security Deposit: Your credit card is considered your security deposit. There will be no extra charges due if the cabin and furnishings are left in good condition and no missing items. Smoking inside the cabins is prohibited. Smoking in the cabins or bringing pets will cause an automatic $200 cleaning fee to be assessed. Please be careful of fire hazards and respectful of cigarette butt disposal, if smoking outside. (That can of sand is used to throw across ice during the winter. It is not an ashtray.)
Reservation Cancellation: You have up to 30 days prior to your stay to cancel or change your reservation and will only be charged a $40 cancellation/change fee. If you cancel or change your reservation inside of 30 days and we can re-book your dates we will give you a refund less the $40. If we are not able to re-book your dates you will forfeit your total stay OR you can apply your reservation to a future stay, less the $40. In the event that you re-book for a future stay, and cancel that reservation, then you will forfeit your total stay.

The pools are sweet, but since we have no lifeguards, kids should NEVER be left unattended and caution should always be exercised. The pools, and pool area can be slippery. Please, NO glass in or around the pools. Drinking alcohol in or around the pools is not recommended. At high elevation, you can become dizzy very easily. Be smart.
